This is not an ordinary photo Zine. “City in the Dark” photo Zine presents Ruben Mangasaryan’s 1995 photographic series depicting Yerevan’s nighttime panoramas without lights. Symbolizing the uncertainty and mystery of the darkness, the following photographs in unequal sizes are attached with a red thread. A city in the dark is not fictional. It is a chance to see what Mangasaryan has seen, developed and pictured.
